Tina has over 20 years of experience working in the medical field. She has worked at the Neurological and Spine Institute since 2015 and has served as the primary administrative assistant to Dr. Ammar since 2016. Tina does an amazing job of communicating with patients and managing the complexities of a busy medical practice.

Debra Gadomski
Debra has over 20 years of experience with The Neurological and Spine Institute. She travels to outlying clinics in Statesboro, Pooler, and Hinesville.
Clinical Staff
Gage Henry, PA
Gage is a physician assistant who began working at the Neurological and Spine Institute in 2019. Gage assists Dr. Ammar in surgery and also sees patients in clinic.
Office Staff
Leslie Jackson
Leslie has been with our office since 2019. She helps to schedule both new and return appointments and assists Tina with other administrative duties. Leslie has over 20 years of experience as an administrative assistant, working in the public school system prior to joining our office.
Clinical Staff
Sam Chapman, CNP
Sam is a certified nurse practitioner with over 15 years of experience in the medical field. This includes 5 years as a critical care nurse. Sam has been working with Dr. Ammar since 2011. He sees patients in clinic and also helps assist in the operating room.
